Enzyme Immuno Assay service

The Enzyme Immuno Assay (EIA) is an assay that detects the presence or quantifies a wide range of substances, such as proteins, antibodies, antigens, or drugs, in a biological sample, such as serum, plasma, urine, or others. It is based on the interaction between antigens and antibodies, leveraging the specificity of antibodies for their antigens. There are several EIAs, with ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) being the most commonly used (direct ELISA, indirect ELISA, capture ELISA, etc.).

The equipment used includes a microplate spectrophotometer Tecan Infinite M200, which can measure the absorbance of the sample at a specific wavelength, and a plate washer Tecan Hydroflex Plus.

We offer sample processing services with ELISA and LUMINEX kits. We also provide nucleic acid extraction services for various types of samples and personalized treatment.
