The PROMES-U project aims to improve the mental health of undergraduate students by analyzing the factors that may influence the onset of mental health problems, as well as the implementation and evaluation of online interventions for the promotion of mental health and the prevention of depression and anxiety problems.
Follow-up data collection began last May 4 among students who filled out the baseline survey just one year ago, with an email being sent to those who gave up their email address.
Upon completion of the questionnaire, they receive a personalized report on their mental health, as well as recommendations on healthy habits and available resources. The data collected will help to improve knowledge about the mental health of students at the university.
The PROMES-U project is coordinated by the Hospital del Mar Medical Research Institute, with the participation of the Pompeu Fabra University, the University of the Balearic Islands, the Jaume I University of Castellón, the Miguel Hernández University of Elche and the University of Zaragoza.
