Study of biomarkers

The IMIM (Hospital del Mar Institute for Medical Research) offers bioanalysis services through the Integrated Pharmacology and Systems Neuroscience Group, applying methods of chemistry and analytical biochemistry in all type of studies and especially in those related to the administration of drugs.

Additionally, it also offers the study of biomarkers (e.g. exposure, activation) in different biological matrices. This service is a support tool in clinical and basic research studies. This service includes the use of validated methodologies as well as the specific development of new methodologies after prior agreement with research staff.
