Us convidem al pròxim Hospital del Mar Research Institute /MELIS UPF Seminar que tindrà lloc el dimarts 17/12/2024 a les 12:00h a la Sala Charles Darwin. El seminari constarà de dues xerrades, una a càrrec d’Anna Bigas, coordinadora del Grup de recerca en Cèl·lules mare i càncer de l’Hospital del Mar Research Institute. Directora Científica del CIBERONC. Vicedirectora de Recerca preclínica de l’Institut de Recerca contra la Leucèmia Josep Carreras, amb el títol "Using embryonic stem cells to understand blood development" i l'altra a càrrec de Alfonso Martínez Arias, professor d’investigació ICREA a la Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF), amb el títol "Modelling mammalian gastrulation with Pluripotent stem cells".

The seminar will consist of two talks, one by Anna Bigas, Group Leader, Stem Cells and cancer, Hospital del Mar Research Institute. Scientific director, CIBERONC. Vicedirector of Preclinical research, Josep Carreras Leukemia Research Institute with the title "Using embryonic stem cells to understand blood development" and the other by Alfonso Martínez Arias, ICREA Research Professor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) under the title "Modelling mammalian gastrulation with Pluripotent stem cells".
