Determination of biological markers in the "Phase III, randomized, sequential, open-label study to evaluate the efficacy of FOLFOX + panitumumab followed by FOLFIRI + bevacizumab (Sequence 1) versus FOLFOX + bevacizumab followed by FOLFIRI + panitumumab (Sequence 2) in patients with unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer, native RAS, primary tumor on the left side, previously untreated: CR-SEQUENCE"

Description:

The selected person will join the Applied clinical research in hematological malignances research group (Cancer research program).

Task:

Selection and preparation of samples for molecular studies.

Formation:

CFGS in laboratory of analysis and quality control.

Experience:

Previous experience is required in the tasks described above and in the following: experience in receiving, registering and storing human samples. Fractionation and aliquoting of samples. PBL separation and cryopreservation. Cell culture. Basic microscopy techniques. Work experience in a Quality Management System.

Knowledge:

Handling of cold samples (-80ºC and -196ºC). Indispensable interpersonal communication skills, ability to work in a team, proactive and participative attitude.An average level of English and computer skills at the level of Office and internet users are required.
