Description:

The selected person will join the Muscle wasting and cachexia in chronic respiratory diseases and lung cancer research group (Translational Clinical Research Program).

Task:

Clinical management of study participants, performance of respiratory function tests and assessment of exercise capacity and other clinical tests. Obtaining biological samples and shipments of samples in other centers. Data entry into international platforms and communication with various technology support companies.

Formation:

Registered Nurse.

Experience:

Experience in the management of respiratory study participants in the field of respiratory diseases, in the clinical workup of various chronic respiratory diseases, in the management of drugs in the field of respiratory diseases, including biologics, in the performance of functional tests: spirometry, induced sputum, electrocardiogram, among others. Experience in obtaining biological samples: sputum, blood, urine, support in obtaining muscle samples.

Knowledge:

High level of English for communication with other foreign companies in the context of clinical trials. Reading and interpretation of clinical protocols in English. Use of telematic technologies and electronic devices for questionnaires.
